NLM Media was founded in 2023 by owner, Nadya Makay. The company was inspired by her passion for small business development and digital marketing.

Meet Nadya
Owner
Nadya Makay was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania. She has earned both a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in business administration. Throughout her years in college, she developed quite the entrepreneurial eye, where she started her very first small business in 2020, NLM Creations. In addition to building her business, Nadya spent time building her personal online brand as a content creator. Following graduation, Nadya worked for the state of Pennsylvania as a business consultant for small businesses in Erie and the surrounding counties. She grew to love the process of business development, specifically the creative marketing aspect.

Nadya now has nearly 4 years of experience with all things small business! Because she knows first hand what goes into business ownership, she is determined to take great care of yours.
